My name is Janelli and I’m 28 years old. I am a wife and a mother of two beautiful girls. I struggled for years to get my body back to pre-baby status and it seemed like nothing was working. I’ve tried everything from weight loss pills, hormone shots, and quick fix meal plans, and I was at a point of giving up. When I was introduced to this lifestyle I was skeptical and doubtful, but desperate. I figured one more attempt wouldn’t hurt. Thank God I tried and put my all into it because in only 6 months I was able to lose most of the weight I had gained, and now I feel better than ever! I’ve kicked nasty habits like drinking way too much coffee, I bettered my nutrition choices, and I became more active and involved with my children.
