I discovered vaping in the fall 2009. Within a matter of weeks I was able to switch from a 20 year smoking habit to what I believe is a much less harmful alternative. I had spent four years volunteering to support and promote electronic cigarettes as an alternative to smoking traditional tobacco cigarettes. During that time, I had helped to organize national events, as well as put together smaller local monthly meet ups. The goals of the smaller more intimate Suncoast Vapers Club meets were to help new users become familiar with the latest and greatest of products, and to find support and form friendships with fellow vapers. The larger national events, Vapestock, brought in some of the largest companies in the industry at the time, from all around the world, to network and share ideas as well as meet many of their online customers face to face. A couple of years ago the opportunity arose to start my own small company and I took it. The same commitment and dedication to spreading the word of the vape industry goes into what I do here today. I feel being able to do something I have a great passion for, while helping others discover a better alternative to smoking, is an all around win!
