Lilium Clinics delivers Everyday Care with the innovative collaboration of clinicians, specialists, behavioral health professionals coupled with in-clinic diagnostics and laboratory capabilities and state-of-the-art technology. This next generation care delivery model addresses more than 98%¹ of the reasons individuals receive medical care which accounts for more than 55%² of total medical spend for self-insured employers and their employees. Each Everyday Care medical home facility is equipped to service a broad set of medical needs across an entire population, including urgent, pediatric, primary and chronic care. Unlike primary care models, Lilium does not need to refer patients out to specialists or laboratory and diagnostic centers because the majority of all medical needs can be met at Lilium Clinic in a single office visit. Multi-specialty collaboration allows for delivering patients primary, secondary, and tertiary care within its facility. The higher quality achieved in the Lilium Clinics are reported via HEDIS measures, clinical measures and patient reported outcome measures. Lilium’s fixed fee pricing doesn’t shift costs to other areas, it actually lowers the costs associated with utilized medical services for self-insured employers. Additionally, Lilium’s value proposition does not require a reduction in other areas of medical spend (e.g. emergency department, acute care) to pay for increases in primary care (although, we do reduce utilization in services outside the Lilium Clinic in a big way). Through an analysis of current claims data, Lilium can tell exactly how much is being spent on the services that Lilium provides and validate that this represents the majority of Lilium expands benefits to members through access to higher quality specialists, longer appointments, telemedicine and virtual visits to their clinical team.
