No questions, no asking what she thought or felt or what she was looking for performance wise out of a bowling shoe.. She could have went online for that…Last weekend, Christi and i dropped off 3 bowling balls for routine cleaning at Lightning Strikes, and Mike spent about 7-10 minutes on each one doing an extremely thorough job bringing them back to factory finish. The day after, we dropped one of Brookes off at another location and got 2-3 minutes of a simple rinse with some water… You can tell when someone is doing something because they love it, and when someone acts as thought it’s just a job… The last thing i want to do is slam another proprietor, but I’m using this as an example of what excellence in service does.. Even off season, they are busy… So
