Scott Fessler is the CEO and President of Lightning Funding. He has been involved in the mortgage and financial sectors since 1999. His mortgage and financial expertise comes from many years of involvement in the fields as a licensed mortgage professional as well as a Certified Financial Planner. His professional Wall Street credentials also include Series 4, 7 24 and 65 licensing. Over the years he has accumulated a well- rounded knowledge in finance from all of his endeavors. Mr. Fessler was also awarded the distinction of 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year for Long Island NDEAM. On a more personal note, following a tragic accident in 2007 Scott suffered a debilitating injury which has left him paralyzed. However, with his upbeat attitude and resiliency, he has not only survived, but thrived, despite life altering injuries. He founded and is the CEO of the Fessler Foundation, Ltd. which provides financial support for primary research facilities whose goal is to find a cure for spinal cord injuries, as well as to benefit the community of individuals with these injuries. No stranger to adversity, Scott has made it part of his life’s work and ambition to help those around him, not only on a personal level, but also on a financial level as well. His mortgage company, while catering to the general public as a whole, also focuses on helping those individuals who many of the larger banks and brokerage companies can’t or simply won’t go the extra mile for. Realizing the need for a sympathetic ear, old fashioned personal attention and cost effective service, he molded Lightning Funding into a company that attempts to meet the demand for mortgage loans for borrowers. However, the public’s need for personal service, coupled with Mr. Fessler’s commitment to helping people, has propelled Lightning Funding to the forefront of innovative mortgage financing with all types of mortgage loans for “A” credit borrowers to Bankruptcy and Foreclosure impaired borrowers. Through Mr. Fessler’s tireless efforts, the company has developed an extensive network of extremely aggressive lenders with a large variety of conventional, as well as unconventional, mortgage loan programs to handle all types of credit situations. And, since Lightning Funding does not work for any particular lender, it can select the lending institution and loan program best suited to satisfy the specific needs of each individual borrower. Pollack is the Vice President and a senior loan officer with the company. He has been with Lightning Funding since inception and has continued to work diligently to insure the success of the company. He is a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in both New York and in Florida. Mr. Pollack is also a licensed attorney and a member of the New York State Bar Association and admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of the State of New York. His primary area of focus is Real Estate law and Mortgage Financing, having practiced in those areas for 30 years. His knowledge and expertise have helped to propel Lightning Funding to its current status as a top quality mortgage brokerage company where the needs of the client are put first. Danny Jean-Baptiste has been a business professional for over 10 years and has a BA in Economics from CUNY Queens College. He began his career in 2003 in the banking industry while attending school. During his tenure at the bank he became a notary public and worked his way up from teller to assistant manager within four years. In 2009 an opportunity arose, beginning his entrepreneurship as an Allstate agency owner. He enrolled into Pohs Institute to fulfill the insurance license requirements of a P&C license along with a life/health license and launched his office in Uniondale, NY. Additionally he was required to pass the series 6 & 63 exams therefore Danny accomplished that as well. Advancing his career and in the midst of parting ways from the agency he attended tax preparation classes at CUNY York College and has attained certificates for individual tax preparation services. Furthermore he has succeeded in passing the mortgage loan originator exam and is excited to advance his mortgage loan expertise with Lightning Funding, Inc. Danny Jean-Baptiste is an ambitious, qualified, and versatile individual that can assist you in many different avenues.
