The goal of our monthly trainings is to fast track you. We are taking our combined decades of working on the frontlines as leaders, along with our professional training as counselors, and offering you that wisdom. All trainings are a growing library. They address practical issues such as boundaries in ministry, self-care, emotional health, life balance, spritual growth, and key leadership principles. It is imperative in the work you do to learn how to take care of yourself, and that you find a way to discover and address your blind spots. You can experience joy and balance while striving for excellence in your God given assignment. A new training is added monthly. The THRIVE process will lead you through 7 steps that help you identify what is keeping you from moving forward. You will gain practical tools giving you insight into any remaining areas of your life that are keeping you stuck relationally, emotionally, and spiritually, AND in your ability to lead well. You will be better equipped to exercise healthy boundaries, cope with life and leadership difficulties, and experience true joy. Our clients' stories are growing in complexity. You can feel confident that you and your team members are growing personally, as well as in your readiness to impact the lives of the women in your community. Specifically, we have master classes focused on enhancing your team members' skill levels as they serve clients, Thrive for clients (a bibilically based mentoring program), and a complete training on providing education to women/couples about the life affirming option of adoption.
