For more than 30 years Anna Blangiardo has been in the Coaching and Teaching Industry as a Certified Personal Trainer and a Licensed Massage Therapist. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance and Movement Therapy from the University of Wisconsin. Anna is the founder of Life Based Coaching LLC. Anna's experience as a dance instructor, life coach and host of her own television show, Direct Connection, has contributed to her life passion: helping others to achieve the most important goals in their lives. Anna's background as a fitness and body mechanics teacher and her personal interest in spiritual awareness makes her uniquely qualified as a personal mastery teacher, speaker and coach. Anna's work highlights the positive effects of health and wellbeing on vitality, life purpose and achievement.
