She found her life changing in a positive direction so she kept reading and practicing. Faustine holds a Masters in Adult Education from the University of South Florida with many practices and classes in the helping profession such as Family Systems, based on Virginia Satir’s work, Group Dynamics, Listening Skills, and Counseling Skills. Her goal is to facilitate changes in lives, not to just motivate.  “Doing” creates new neural paths and leads to true Life Changes! Since the year 2000 she has trained with Patricia J. Crane, Ph.D to lead experiential, self-development & motivational seminars, workshops, and study groups.  Some of the classes included in this training are Stress Management, Stress Management for Women, Heal Your Life, Achieve Your Dreams, Your Ideal Life Work, Ordering From The Cosmic Kitchen, and in 2008 she became certified as a Heal Your Life Personal Life Coach. The workshop, Heal Your Life, Achieve Your Dreams is based on Louise Hay’s book You Can Heal Your Life.  This workshop helps individuals become aware of how they may be unconsciously framing their life and relationships, including those at work.  This gives them the opportunity to decide if what they are now choosing to believe, and in turn how they are choosing to behave, is helping or hindering them in their personal and professional life.  The experiential exercises assist participants in forgiving the past, living in the present, and creating a more cooperative, productive life. Heart Inspired Presentations, LLC, an international provider of self-help training and workshops since 1998, has signed an agreement with the worldwide leader in self-help and transformational book publishing, Hay House, Inc., to become the exclusive worldwide provider of Heal Your Life® training. In Florida, Faustine Judd has been licensed by Heart Inspired to provide workshops in the philosophy of best-selling author Louise Hay. She also trained with Patricia and Rick to become a life coach using the principles of Louise Hay’s philosophy. As the publications of Hay House, Inc., grew, Louise began turning her attention more toward the book publishing business while Dr. Crane just naturally picked up the mantle and continued with the teachings. Patricia tells us that “It is a great honor to be officially sanctioned to do this work.” Through the use of skills and knowledge gleaned from classes, workshops and work experience in family and group dynamics, counseling, as well as ministerial training I provide you with a safe, supportive atmosphere to experience the power of Self-Healing. Through the classes offered by Life Anew Resources you can learn skills to help you recognize and live the life you truly desire.  When we realize that we hold ourselves back by WHAT WE TELL OURSELVES about situations and people - stuff that may not [most of the time are not] even true.  We can then CHANGE [what a Scary word] what we are telling ourselves and respond to the the situation differently, thus EMPOWERING ourselves!  Think of it, if our "problems" or "challenges" arise from what we are TELLING OURSELF then we have the power to change our experience.
