She holds an MBA and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. has 15 years of experience in financial and operations management, and is a Certified QuickBooks Pro-Advisor. Prior to joining Liberty Consultants, she was a business owner and recognized as Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and Outstanding Woman-Owned Business. As a young entrepreneur, her business grew from one employee to thirty-five within several years, and she also managed several leased contractors. Molly has experience with new business start-ups, non-profit, and for profit businesses. has 25 years of financial accounting experience working with many non-profit organizations, small businesses, and a commercial mortgage REIT. She earned a Bachelor of Business of Science in Accounting degree at West Virginia University. Nancy has gained extensive accounting experience through controller and director positions for a variety of companies and CPA firms located in the DC Metropolitan Area. She provides expertise in comprehensive accounting services, including individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit audits, compilations, and financial accounting.
