About Leyenda Cubana Cigar Shop’s Owner About Leyenda Cubana Cigar Shop’s Owner Yodannis “Jody” Jardines, founder and proprietor of Leyenda Cubana Cigar Shop and Lounge in West Palm Beach, Florida, emigrated from Havana, Cuba to South Florida in 2011. Jody spent her last 11 years in Cuba working as a cigar roller for Partagas Cigars. She received her cigar roller certificate after finishing an intensive nine month long training program at the Partagas factory. Jody’s sister, Licette, was also involved in the cigar industry as a factory store manager. Together they attained a wealth of knowledge of the cigar industry. Upon her arrival in West Palm Beach, Florida, Jody began working as a cigar roller in a local cigar shop. She later went into retail sales and store management. After nearly three years she decided to venture out on her own and open a cigar store and lounge that showcased her talents and passion for the cigar industry – Leyenda Cubana Cigar Shop and Lounge. Jody offers her own signature Leyenda Cubana cigar brand as well as a wide selection of other popular brands. She looks forward to meeting you in her relaxing cigar lounge.
