Our Mission The Level Up Leadership Institute (LLI) aims to create a generation of servant leaders through education, formation, and implementation. Provide a two-year leadership development program designed to educate, empower, and commission future leaders of the nation. The Level Up Leadership Institute (LLI) was birthed out of a desire to see communities, organizations and entire nations transformed with relevant, practical and transformative leadership development. The purpose of LLI is to engage in training, equipping and empowering current as well as emerging leaders to better serve their communities and organizations. Following the calling and passion of its founder, LLI is committed to creating a lasting legacy of always preparing the next generation of change agents. All of our facilitators/instructors are qualified, seasoned educators, successful business/organizational leaders, industry leaders and skilled practitioners who share a passion and commitment to the development of others. They are some of the finest in the academia and corporate sectors. One of the core values of the Level Up Leadership Institute is partnership. We strongly believe that partnership isn’t a one-time event.
