Levante Medical LLC is a part-time, private practice dedicated to providing outstanding care for each and every one of our patients. We are currently accepting a few new patients and we would be glad to hear from you. We volunteer our services regularly and work together with many other healthcare providers to find resources and services for those in need. We recognize that these are difficult financial times for many . It can be very humbling, we understand. Don't be afraid or embarrassed to tell about your special situation, we will do what we can to help with that and then move on to the business at hand, your health. We most assuredly acknowledge and understand the burden of pain and will work with you to help manage it. However, it is important to know that we typically do not provide any controlled substances. We will be glad to help you arrange for follow up with Pain Management or another healthcare provider elsewhere. A high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. Levante Medical LLC is a small, private primary care practice owned and operated by Donna Jean O'Hara, ARNP-BC, a board certified nurse practitioner.  We provide advocacy, education and primary care for adults. Our team is proud to include Laura, R.N., registered nurse and manager, Dr Jose Diaz, M.D., our collaborating physician, George Ikeler, M.D., our consulting physician, on staff at Florida Hospital Waterman, and A. Farinas, M.D., our hospitalist for LRMC and TVRH. We are also honored to work with and have the ongoing support of many other professionals in our healthcare community. Our company is dedicated to providing excellent healthcare.
