Les is an accomplished executive coach. His work with a full variety of C-level executives has helped them to identify and eliminate barriers to growth. As a Vistage chairman, Les completed training in 2005. He chairs a group for chief executive officers in Palm Beach County, Florida. He is an expert group facilitator, skilled at helping his members address business problems together and learn from each other’s experiences. For the past three years Les has served Vistage Florida as a chair trainer. Before he was 30, Les formed RPM Deck Grating, a manufacturing company, which was later sold to Harsco. He subsequently founded a grating distribution company and was a founding associate of SHC Direct, a Chicago-area loyalty marketing firm.
