As the founder of Leroy and Associates, Yolande brings 25 years international experience in all aspects of professional coaching, team leadership, change management and transformation. She possesses strong skills and knowledge in top-team coaching, career mentoring, marketing, communication, business development, client service and project management. She has a long record of success in search and coaching, beginning with an AIM-listed recruitment business (Media Appointments, part of Saatchi-owned Megalomedia), then a global management consultancy (PA Consulting Group), and the last decade to the end of 2009 with GBR Search / Gundersen Partners, a privately owned global search firm. Her early career was in the media and events sectors, in sales and marketing roles (with VNU Business Publications, then EMAP Exhibitions & Events). Leroy and Associates was founded by Yolande Leroy in 2010 and focuses on helping individuals and businesses through transition and uncertainty. It capitalises on Yolande's experience partnering businesses undergoing change – whether forced, due to changing market conditions, changing manpower needs or an individual wanting to choreograph their career. Leroy and Associates offers consultancy business services specialising in professional coaching, talent acquisition and performance management. We operate at board and senior executive levels in HR, finance, marketing and operations across a wide range of commercial and industrial sectors.
