Len’s Roofing, Inc. is a family owned company, founded in 1993 by Lenworth and April Dacas. We provide roofing repair and services to counties in Southwest and Southeast Florida, while our main office is conveniently located in Bradenton, Florida. We are a certified and licensed roofer by Miami Dade County and the State of Florida. At Len’s Roofing, we take extreme pride in our work and practice promptness and safety. We were very satisfied with all aspects of this roof replacement. The bid was very fair, and the did the job a week early so it would be completed before Thanksgiving. My husband is in the construction business, and has seen Len’s Roofing work on a lot of his jobs, so he was the first company we called for a bid. The crew left our property very clean. The company did a great job. We had our tile roof repaired and Len spotted another area, a problem waiting to happen, that no one else found. They also took the time to show us pictures of the damages (a genius idea). Within 4 days they came and made the repairs, and did it all within the estimate. They really stood behind their work, and came out and repaired a second area for a small charge to make sure they had gotten the leak. They were reasonable and professional. Len even came out on Sunday to inspect the area of my concern. The office staff was also very courteous and helpful. You hear a lot of bad things about roofers, there are some shady operators out there, but Len is one of the good guys. Thank you so much for all your kindness and thoughtfulness!
