Jonathan Scholl most recently served for five years as the Chief Strategy Officer for Texas Health Resources, one of the largest nonprofit health care delivery systems in the country. During his tenure, he was responsible for the system's strategic planning and business development functions, information technology, and joint venture operations. Prior to that, he spent 15 years with The Boston Consulting group and served as Head of their North American Healthcare Provider Practice and leader of their Lean Six Sigma initiative for hospitals. He also served as vice president for applications development for the TenFold HealthCare Group in Dallas. He received a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School. After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in control systems engineering, he served five years in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear submarine officer and nuclear power plant instructor.
