Over 20 years’ experience in developing and implementing change solutions to meet the needs the organization. I have worked with leaders at all levels in the organization, both in government agencies and in the private sector, to assist the organizations in accomplishing the mission and achieving the vision. I have served as the strategic planner and technical authority responsible for developing, planning, coordinating, and implementing extremely complex strategic programs/initiatives/activities. I led multidisciplinary teams through the operations process to develop courses of actions, operational orders, and strategic plans. I have taught and mentored Lean Six Sigma practitioners both in person and virtually. I have mentored and coached leaders to understand the behaviors that may be impeding their growth.
