Lee’s Custom Catering, LLC is owned and operated by Chef Lee Asen. Lee received his business and culinary degree from New York and Florida. He has worked for prestigious organizations including the Broward County Convention Center, where he prepared and cooked food for thousands of people and celebrity guests. Lee served as an executive chef for the company I Cater And More, which provided food services for golf courses across Boca Raton and Palm Beach County. He opened a food truck in 2013, Munchie’s Snack Shack, and serves gourmet hot dogs and hamburgers across the South Florida region. Munchie’s Snack Shack was recently nominated for The 6th Annual Burgie Award for Best Food Truck Burger and won the 2015 National Hamburger Month Best Food Truck Burger by Burger Beast and Mardi Gras Casino.
