Executive Director of Operations for Lee Properties With over 20 years of management experience, Lisa Alexander is the foundation of the Lee Properties team. She began her career in 1990 in retail management. In 1997 she began managing construction projects around Austin including remodeling, re-roofing, siding, water extraction and remediation. She also has knowledge in the repair of historical homes. Expanding her knowledge of the construction and management field she began training in database development for a nationwide property management software company that is both recognized and recommended by IREM. By 2005 Lisa was then managing buildings for such large companies as Tramor and Dennis O'Conner Properties with multi-family complexes ranging from 90-150 units. She joined the Lee Properties team in 2007 and quickly began a driving force in helping the company grow. She has worked in nearly all aspects of construction and realty and uses her extensive knowledge to oversee the operation of the full management team of Lee Properties. Lisa has a keen eye and she supervises all company portfolios, owner's accounts and all supervisory accounting. She is dedicated to continuing education in her field and is a licensed REALTOR, member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Board of Realtors, National Board of Realtors, the MLS and the NAA in addition to being an IREM member. Lisa spends her personal time with her two daughters, training her new puppy Sloane and she enjoys live music and OCR races. Melissa Barrington provides all essential administrative support to the customers of Lee Properties and the Director of Operations. A native Texan she previously worked as an Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the President of a roofing company for over 7 years. Added to the Lee Properties team in 2013, Melissa first worked as an Executive Assistant to the Owner and Broker within the leasing division of Lee Properties. Moving within the company's structure to management she now manages all owner portfolios, oversees all reporting and accounts as well as works in conjunction with the Director as an integral part of the management team. Melissa enjoys her time out of the office with her Husband and two sons. She and her family are avid football and baseball fans. As the front face of the office Erica brings her previous skill in both retail management and bookkeeping to the team. She started in December and assists in all aspects of the office from billing, collections, project related tasks and works directly with all residents. She worked as a manager in retail for 8 years and recently handled bookkeeping for 4 years before starting a new path here at Lee Properties. In her spare time she has been known to wow the crowds at any karaoke bar, spend time with her family, and she thoroughly enjoys cooking and cake decorating. Austin Property Management Needs?
