Ledman Construction’s primary areas of operation are Bay County and Walton County, Florida with emphases on Panama City Beach & South Walton County along the Scenic Highway 30A corridor. Tom Ledman is the president of Ledman Construction. Tom earned a Degree in Accounting from Florida State University in 1983, and a Law Degree from the University of Florida in 1994. He has been on the board of directors since 1988, and was selected as “Builder of the Year” in 1989, 1990, 2001 and 2009. Ledman Construction is also an Aurora Award winner for Green Energy construction in 2009. Tom has also served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Homebuilders Association.
