LeBlanc Holdings LLC was founded in 2009 at the height of the financial crisis.  The company was started after its founder saw the sheer number of homes in foreclosure, vacant or disrepair and took action to improve the neighborhoods and communities within the metro Detroit area. Purchasing and maintaining the homes not only supports neighborhoods, but also provides responsible tenants with attractive places to call home. Over the years additional companies have been formed, and recently Rent LeBlanc was created as a central website for the various rental properties. The companies share the same mission to support neighborhoods and communities by providing quality rental homes, commercial properties and superior service to responsible tenants.  The companies support their mission in several ways: LeBlanc Holdings LLC and LeBlanc Apartments LLC are privately held Michigan-based limited liability companies currently owning or managing properties in the cities of Birmingham, Clinton, Royal Oak, Eastpointe, Ferndale and Berkley, Michigan.
