Welcome to the investor relations section of our great new company “LeasePAL”. We are so thankful for each one of you who have had the belief in LeasePAL during its development, as well as what it can do for others, and WHAT YOUR INVESTMENT CAN POTENTIALLY DO FOR EACH OF YOU. Our goal as a company is for the renters (residents) to win, the owners/property managers to win, the leasing agents to win, the insurance agents to win, and last but not least, all of our investors TO WIN. Our CEO Keith Hatchett has worked hard for 7 years to make all of our dreams come true by bringing LeasePAL into reality and fruition. We could not have reached our goal of approximately 1.4 million dollars raised to finish 6 of the first 7 phases of LeasePAL without each one of you. These 6 completed phases of the 7 phases of LeasePAL will be able to be viewed by each of you in the next few days. (Phase 1) is the foundation stage. (Phase 2) is the Renters Benefit Development Program Stage. (Phase 3) is the Owners Benefit Development Program Stage. (Phase 4) are the state of the art Pricing Bubbles Development Stage. (Phase 5) is the Business Method Process Development Stage. (Phase 6) is the total list of all costs involved in the funding of LeasePAL. ALL OF THESE STAGES ARE NOW COMPLETE. (Phase 7) is the Securing of the Captive Insurance Partner and the Funding of the Insurance Captive. It is at this point we will be able to launch LeasePAL into the market place. In the last 2 weeks we have received our first term sheet offering for the funding of our insurance captive that would launch us through the beta test and proof of concept that will gain us access into our first 20,000 apartments. We are now knocking on the door of reaching our goal of launching this great company. We thank all of you for your patience and your financial help. Many of you have been greatly surprised when Keith has shown up at your door many times to update you in person on this long term project. The good news is Keith will no longer have to travel to see you in person as our new website will be able to function as a tool so that you can be updated electronically on all our progress. Each one of you will be able to login (password protected) to view your NDA Document, Subscription Agreement Documents, Proxy Agreement Documents, and Stock certificate copies. In addition our quarterly newsletter will also be viewed in this section of the website. Your security and personal information are very important to us.
