Chartered in 2007, the Leading Communities of the World (LCW) is an association of and uniquely qualified member owned communities who support the highest quality of member life style with luxurious facilities, superior amenities, and extraordinary personal service.  This select network of communities shares common values, similar challenges, and endeavors to recruit the highest caliber of members to their club communities.  They offer recreational amenities such as golf, yachting, skiing, and equestrian activities in addition to world class dining venues. THE LEADING COMMUNITIES OF THE WORLD Chartered in 2007, the Leading Communities of the World (LCW) is an association of and uniquely qualified member owned communities who support the highest quality of member life style with luxurious facilities, superior amenities, and extraordinary personal service.  This select network of communities shares common values, similar challenges, and endeavor to recruit the highest caliber of members to their club communities.  They offer recreational amenities such as golf, yachting, skiing, and equestrian activities in addition to world class dining venues. A set of five to seven preferred residential communities will be the founding members of Leading Communities of the World.  The selection criteria shall consist of location, distance between two (LCW) clubs, established reputation and an initial contribution towards the working capital. Membership Renewal—Each LCW member will experience a biannually qualifications audit to ensure all requirements for membership are satisfied.  Should a member fall out of compliance, they will have 18-24 months to correct the situation.  LCW staff and Advisory Board will provide consultation support to help them regain membership status. —Except for travel related expenses for LCW staff to visit, conduct qualification audits and provide consultation support, no fees in addition to the regular dues are expected to be charged to PCW members. Financial, Golf Course Architects, Building/Construction, Executive Talent Placement Specialists, Information Technology, Business Executives, Golf Executives, Marina Operations and Hospitality Executives.
