Patti joined Mars, Incorporated in 1981 as a manufacturing operator in the Chocolate segment.    Since then, she has been promoted numerous times to positions of increasing responsibility in several functions, including:  Supply, Marketing, Sales, E Commerce, Service and Finance and Human Resources.  Her tenure with Mars included being the head of Human Resources for the North American E-Commerce business and later led her to Director of Human Resources for Mars Global Services with People and Organization responsibilities for all of the Americas.  Patti’s influence had strong positive impact on the global HR agenda.  Her domestic and international experience, covering Chocolate, Pet, Food, E Commerce and IT industries has led to significant business improvements. Leadership Launch Consulting Rob Conforti, President and Chief Executive Officer of Leadership Launch Consulting, is a 25-year veteran of the consumer packaged goods industry.  Rob is credited with achieving organizational change and developing associates at all levels emphasizing operational efficiency and developing high-performance teams within the Confectionery, Ice Cream, Pet Care and IT industries.  Throughout his career, Rob has led efforts to strengthen organizational effectiveness and business turnarounds through increased leadership, effective change management, and strategic planning.  He has been a solutions-driven strategist with 25+ years’ success building and aligning businesses to optimize employee engagement to achieve dramatic results. Rob joined Mars, Incorporated in 1988 working in Supply Chain for the pet food industry.  Since then, he has been promoted to positions of increasing responsibility, domestic and international, including Chief of Staff within the Ice Cream business and later, Director of Human Resources for Wrigley North America Supply Chain.
