LBS Construction Services, Inc.. is a Civil Engineering and Construction Management firm located in Maitland, Florida just north of Orlando Florida. We provide civil engineering and general contracting services through our sister company LBS Construction Services, Inc. for small to medium sized projects ranging from small site plans for homes to site plans for medium sized projects. LBS Construction Services, Inc. is owned and operated by Larry B. Schnaper PE a third generation builder from Baltimore, Maryland and went to the University of Arizona where he earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering. Larry then went on to work on various projects such as the Baltimore Subway System, EPCOT Center at Disney World, and the Renovation of Carnegie Hall and the construction of the South Street Seaport in NYC. Larry is both a Registered Civil Engineer and General Contractor. As such when we work on the design for a client we apply both requirements of the client, the local governmental agencies as well as constant evaluation for the cost and durability of the product.
