My theoretical training includes many approaches but I primarily use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client Centered Therapy in order to help the client uncover patterns that keep them stuck while meeting them where they are at. At times I will employ other therapeutic approaches depending on the individual needs of the person and the plan we create together.
