Laureen is an amazing fashion consultant. She is warm and sweet but also very professional. She made the somewhat embarrassing process of going through the tattered rags of my wardrobe painless but was also very honest in making it clear that I needed to establish a whole new clothing foundation. She listened carefully to my preferences and went to great lengths to make sure that we were communicating well and on the same page regarding the overall look I was going for. There wasn’t a single moment through the whole process where I felt judged or condescended to or where I felt I couldn’t be honest with her. I enjoyed all my interactions with Laureen and she made what could have easily been an ordeal of a process surprisingly fun. This has been the most amazing experience ever! Laureen is a complete professional who showed us a level of integrity and commitment that I cannot even begin to express. I brought my niece to her for a prom dress and the results were outstanding. I have never seen such a huge and genuine smile on my niece’s face as I did the day she put on the final product. I could not have been happier! While everything was very professional, it was also very personal. Laureen paid at tention to every detail and listened to everything that my niece had to say. She not only complied with what was requested but was able to intuitively read between the lines and understand exactly what my niece wanted. Each meeting felt so personal and Laureen made both myself and my niece feel as if we were the most important people in the world while we were with her. This was an experience that I would be more than happy to repeat and I would recommend Laureen Couture to anyone and everyone who is looking for a dress made for them that wants to be treated well and listened to. Anyone who wants to have something made exactly the way they envision it, and not the way the designer believes it should be done. I am so impressed!
