I believe that you may be like most people and wonder why I decided to become a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Teacher. Well I used to love being a professional clown but the heavy makeup did not love me, I was so allergic to it. It was always so much fun to see the kid come out in everyone and I missed that in my life. I had been through breast cancer, chemo and a survivor of many things however one of my biggest challenges was after the long and painful death of my Mother. I then realized how much I needed to bring laughter back into my life. So I started doing some research on how I could bring my laughter back. I found so much online about the many benefits of Laughter Yoga. That following week I went to a Christmas dinner party and everyone seated at our table noticed that the group at another table was laughing so much. It was then that I thought I could try out this laughter for no reason and see if it really worked. I asked everyone at our table to give their best belly laugh at the count of three, it worked; we were laughing for no reason and could not stop. Needless to say it was then that I knew laughter yoga was for me. Welcome to Laughter Yoga Tree
