Lantmännen Unibake is the second largest bakery group in Europe with 35 bakeries in 15 countries. We market our leading of frozen and fresh bakery products for retail and food service markets in more than 60 markets around the world. Since 1993, Schulstad and Euro-Bake have been selling gourmet bakery products in North America.  In 2001, Euro-Bake established a bakery in St. Petersburg, Florida, producing European-style breads. Schulstad acquired Euro-Bake in 2008 and the new company assumed the name Lantmännen Unibake USA (after the Schulstad owners).   In the US, we have a BRC Grade A accredited bakery producing around 14,300 tonnes of artisan breads and rolls each year. We offer customized solutions and a wide variety of gourmet products crafted with high quality ingredients and no preservatives.
