Principal and founder, Seth Langton, is responsible for the overall direction of the firm.  He manages most projects for the firm and establishes the design direction for all projects.  His experience ranges from master planning to new construction and preservation/renovation of facilities for professional, corporate, industrial, and institutional clients.  Seth has expertise in Historic Preservation, Rehabilitation, Renovation, Site Development, Programming, Feasibility Studies and ADA Accessibility.  Utilizing his expertise, Mr. Langton has served on architectural juries including Washington University and has published articles on professional office design.  * Projects by Seth Langton at Previous Firms Langton Associates is a planning, architecture and interior design firm dedicated to the needs of sensitive design and the creation of functional space - both interior and exterior.
