Landwise Design was founded in 2004 to service Northeast and Coastal Florida. Landwise Design initially captured significant market share within the resort development sector while maintaining commercial and public/private clients thereby positioning Landwise Design as an emerging business with a broad spectrum of design and management experience. For nearly six years Landwise Design has maintained a consistent volume of work, including High-End Residential design, Coastal Florida Resort design, Industrial and Commercial design.
