We are fearless collaborators Integra Land Company I wanted to take a moment and express my appreciation for the opportunity to work with LandSouth Construction, providing building wrap and water-proof membrane application on the Esplanade project and the Integra projects. We have the opportunity to work with many different communities on various projects for many different builders, including production building. This site has been one of the best run, the most organized, and the most efficient projects we have been involved with. As an architectural firm, it is a pleasure to work with a group that seems to always be one step ahead of the game. On a typical, conventionally financed project, there needs to be a definite amount of scheduling and oversight due to the nature of the HUD 221(d)(4) processes; you and your team have exceeded our expectations, which has repeatedly been reinforced by the HUD inspector, as well.
