Here’s how it all started… East Bay Tire purchases Lamar Brothers Tire Service, establishing 11th Commercial location in Salinas, CA   East Bay Tire celebrates 70 years in business!   The name Dawg Pound Tires is created and trademarked, replacing the name “EBT” of the East Bay Tire private label construction and industrial tire product line first established in 1994   A second commercial location is opened in Fresno. The same year, the Honolulu warehouse relocates to Waipahu and a 60,000 sq. ft. facility, making it the third commercial location   . This location provides the largest inventory of tires and auto services for customers located in the Salinas Valley and on the central coast, including Watsonville, Gilroy, Hollister, Greenfield, King City, and Soledad.
