LAKEVIEW FELLOWSHIP, INC., Hudson

consists of all who have trusted Jesus Christ as Savior.  God intends that local churches be established throughout the world for the purpose of making disciples of Jesus Christ.  (Matthew 16:16-18) we are identified as belonging to Jesus Christ. Lord, you are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand.   Pastor Chet is married to Jeanie Taylor, Lakeview's Director of Children's Ministries.  He loves sports and traveling and spending time with his family.  Chet and Jeanie have one son, Blake, and two daughters, Brittany and Breanna.  He graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.  He holds a Masters Degree and a PH.D. degree from Southwestern Theological Seminary in Ft Worth.  Pastor Chet's "Life Verse" is Luke 11:28: Ben grew up in Fayetteville, North Carolina.  He and his wife, Melissa moved to Texas in 2013.  They have two children. Owen Kenneth and Sarah Grace.  Ben has been working with teenagers since 2006 and was called into full time ministry in 2009.  He was Youth Pastor at river Community Church in Fayetteville before moving to Texas.  Ben was ordained as a pastor in January of 2013.  He has a BBA degree from Campbell University.  He is a passionate follower of Christ that is committed to doing whatever it takes to reach this generation with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Jack believes his purpose, in part, is to help people discover the treasure God created within themselves and within others.  Most importantly, he is passionate about sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ so that all may know that hope, that healing, IS POSSIBLE, so that all may experience God's mercy and grace, so that all may live in the presence of the God of peace.  Jack's life verse is John 20;29, Jesus said to Thomas Missions Pastor Victor is the founder of IAM (International Agape Movement) which is primarily a church planting ministry, operating in several locations in India.  Victor oversees 37 pastors of IAM in India along with 5 childcare projects that serve 72 poor children by providing food, tutoring and discipleship training.  Victor considers it an honor to serve and learn from the senior adults of Lakeview Fellowship.  Victor and his wife, Sarojini have three children, Hephzibah, Joshua, and Steven. I am passionate about seeing the work of God playing out in the life that has surrendered completely to him and his purposes. I personally have benefited in young adult ministries that have centered around the gospel being preached, the saints being equipped and practiced a genuine, intentional community of discipleship. I’m blessed to lead and serve others as a part of the team at Lakeview Fellowship. I was accepted to Calvary Chapel School of Ministry Costa Mesa and finished their Pastoral Studies program of 2 years and even had the opportunity to visit the Holy Land and teach at some major sites. After that time, I was offered a position with Childcare Worldwide (a child sponsorship organization) where I would facilitate and manage a group of 10 Children and 2 adults from Uganda Africa for a whole year.  It was through that experience that I found myself in contact with many of the leadership members of Lakeview Fellowship, which I have committed to serve today. Aside from being a servant of Christ, I have also gained the title “Husband” to my Beautiful Wife Kapri and “Father” to my precious daughter, Selah.  Kapri and I met on the mission field and became good friends for 4 years prior to getting married. We were reconnected through some divine promptings and we are still serving together to this day. She has been a blessing from God in so many ways. Mark was born in Michigan but came to the promised land (Texas) when he was 8 years old.  His first opportunity to lead worship came when he was 13 and was asked to play his guitar and lead a small congregation in song.  He has sung in church choirs, ensembles and acted in a few productions of a church dinner theater.  Mark was also involved with bringing contemporary worship to Peace Church in Hurst, TX and served on the praise team as the bass guitar player for four years.  The Lord then moved him to Rockwood Christian Church where he served as  Worship Minister for 8 years.  He and his lovely wife Sharon were recently married and enjoy two grandchildren!   Jeanie has served along side her husband, Pastor Chet for more than 29 years at Lakeview Fellowship.  As Chet and Jeanie began their ministry she served as a Children's Ministry volunteer for 12 years.  She then worked with youth for 13 years as a Sunday School teacher and Young Life leader.  Jeanie has served in the Women's Ministry which was her first love.  She is a lifetime member of the EMSISD PTA/PTO where she volunteered for 20 years.  She has also been a substitute teacher within the District as well as a Bible teacher for one year at Lake Country Christian School. We love our Lakeview Kids and consider this ministry to be the forefront of Kingdom growth! Our focus is equipping the entire family with a place to Worship Grow and Serve!  We provide a safe and secure environment, that is Christ-focused using "The Gospel Project" curriculum, which offers a wide variety and engaging activities that teach God's truths.  Our children's programs are designed for infants through 5th grade.  Join us for a Worldwide Children's Ministry Program called AWANA that's held each Wednesday night at Lakeview Fellowship We are reaching students, making disciples and unleashing disciple-makers!  Come join us on this journey! Join us for this Christ-centered journey through the story-line of Scripture.  Participants will encounter God's plan of redemption in Scripture through study of Bible narrative, the essential doctrines of the faith, and the call to join in God's mission locally and globally.
