He was named after his Grandfather and former Mayor of Windermere, Loren Robertson “Andy” Williams. These deep roots naturally led him into becoming a third generation Real Estate Professional in Windermere. Andy graduated from West Orange High School and received his Business Administration Degree (with a Minor in Marketing) from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. W.Channing Harrison was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota with strong childhood ties to Pensacola Florida and Washington D.C. After graduating from Breck Preparatory School, Channing attended and received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Howard University in Washington D.C. While there, Channing started a real estate investment company with two fellow graduates, The company was a full service company, buying, renovating, property managing and selling real estate between Washington D.C. and Baltimore. Upon moving to Florida, Channing was drawn to the lush, laid back, sleepy town of Windermere where he began selling real estate. Channing has sold numerous luxury homes, along with car dealerships and even a 4500 square foot arena with shopping center. To go even further he has leased over 100,000 square feet of class “A” office space in central Florida. Channing was the agent responsible for BB Kings Restaurant and Club coming to Pointe Orlando. Channing has added to his expertise selling hotels throughout Florida to international buyers. Channing was also a resident realtor expert for Fox 35 Orlando and Central Florida News 13. Chris grew up in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He graduated from Millersville University of PA in 1991 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. He moved to Florida in early 1992 and has been a resident of SW Orange County ever since. He is married to Tammi, and the couple have two kids, Kody and Baylee. He has spent over 18 years in the sports and entertainment industry as both a professional athlete and a coach. His jobs have included being a Contender on American Gladiators Orlando Live Dinner Show, playing professional Arena Football for teams in Orlando, Miami and elsewhere, and working as a stunt professional on the hit movies "Waterboy" and "Radio." He has also spent 13 years as a professional football coach in the Arena Football League. As a Head Coach, his teams have won numerous Division and Conference Titles. In 2006, Chris guided the expansion Spokane Shock to a 17-2 record and won the at2 Championship. During that same 2006 season, Chris was honored as the Inland Northwest Coach of the Year and the at2 Coach of the Year.
