Lakeland Microgreens was started out of the passion to eat tastier and healthier foods. We are excited to be the local source for these freshly grown goodies and share them with our community. Studies have shown that microgreens are loaded with nutrients, such vitamins, C, E, and K, lutein, and beta-carotene, and contain up to 40 times more nutrients than the mature leaves of the same plants. Because we are growers and do not process our greens, we are able to deliver the freshest, still on the root veggies.
