Jennifer graduated from the University of SD with a BS in Business Management. She began working alongside her dad in 1998. Jeff graduated from NDSU with a degree in Construction Engineering and joined Willard and Jennifer in the family business in 1994 after working for commercial contractor Mortensen Construction. Jeff personally oversees the field and construction operations while Jennifer works with the customers on selections and design, bidding and the administrative side of the business. "Residential construction is very emotional; we build homes for families which is very personal and probably the biggest expenditure a family makes. Our success depends on our customers satisfaction and there is nothing more satisfying than having our customers happy!" Jennifer adds, "We feel that we are successful as many, many of our customers have become very good friends over the many years we have been building."
