An IT professional with extensive Project Management and business process experience across multiple industries ranging from software to manufacturing. As an early FinancialForce consultant, Krista has worked on 25+ FinancialForce implementations. Prior to her work with FinancialForce, Krista was the Director of Information Technology at Silicon Image Inc. Krista holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario and is PMI certified. Outside of work you will find Krista on the soccer field with her kids, running with her dog, or kicking back watching football with a glass of wine in hand. A veteran Product Manager with experience ranging from large Fortune 500 companies (eBay) to co-founding a venture backed start-up (Vertascale). He brings extensive business process, operations and analytics experience to Ladd Partners. James has SalesForce experience, both as an end user and as an administrator which gives him a significant advantage in translating customer needs into actionable requirements. James holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. In his spare time James keeps busy as the father of two beautiful girls and moonlights as a wanna-be blues guitarist. Brings over 15 years of consulting experience as a programmer to his role at Ladd Partners. Over the years Matt has established a reputation as a “go to guy” for solving difficult technical problems across a variety of systems and languages. At Ladd Partners, Matt utilizes Salesforce Apex code and VisualForce to enhance the native capabilities of the managed code environment. Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University. In his personal time Matt enjoys spending time with family, lifting heavy things and playing guitar. A senior technologist who began her career at IBM Corporation, and has moved on to various technical executive management roles heading core technology development teams. Diane has successfully built world-class Supply Chain software products with J2EE and Internet technologies, most recently as the CTO of Less Software (acquired by FinancialForce.) Diane holds an Honors Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. In her spare time Diane keeps busy with her growing family and enjoys the theater. A supply chain expert with over 9 years of experience solving complex problems in supply chain management and process improvement. Jai-Lee came to Ladd Partners from FinancialForce where he worked hands on with FinancialForce’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) software, supporting organizations with training, configuration issues, and improving system processes. Jai-Lee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from San Francisco State University and a Master’s Degree in Financial Analysis and Investment Management from Saint Mary’s College of California. A senior developer with over 14 years of experience. Rob has worn many hats including architect, programmer, tech support, and tester. Rob is a certified Salesforce developer with 8 years experience on the platform creating products, doing implementations, and integrating both on and off platform solutions. Rob holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from The College of New Jersey. Rob enjoys spending time with his family, trying to learn to play the ukulele, and sampling as many craft beers as he can get his hands on. With over 7 years of direct hands on experience, Kristin is a platform expert implementing and using many popular software solutions including DocuSign, Conga, and FinancialForce (FFA, SCM, Revenue Management, Fixed Assets, and Reporting.) She holds the Salesforce certifications for Administrator, DocuSign, Advanced Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant. She has been an administrator in large matrix organizations and understands the complexity of a real work business environment. Kristin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and is currently the Tampa Salesforce User Group Leader. She is also instrumental in setting up the inaugural Florida Dreamin’ event, a Salesforce community event which encourages users to get together and share Salesforce best practices. Her hobbies include traveling around the world, hanging out with her dogs, and planning Salesforce events. An effective project manager and technologist with over 20 years of business process improvement experience. Most recently, Joanna was the CEO at an accounting software startup. Previously, she served as the National Audit Technology Director for a top-ten public accounting firm where she oversaw the selection, implementation, and management of software applications across 30 offices. She was also a Salesforce user and administrator. Joanna is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Information Technology Professional, and a Project Management Professional. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree from Santa Clara University. Blending over 15 years of implementation, 8 years of IT leadership and 6 years of pre-sales experiences, Nancy has deep and broad knowledge of how technology can transform businesses for the better. Nancy has over 12 years of Salesforce technical experience working hand in hand with users ranging from executives to functional users to facilitate business success. Prior to joining Ladd Partners, Nancy worked for FinanicalForce as senior solutions engineer. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems and International Business from the University of Oklahoma.
