Lada Construction, Inc. is celebrating 18 years of excellence in the construction industry. As a result of their talents and integrity, coupled with their youthful stamina, attention to detail and dedication to quality, the Lada brothers have accomplished much in the construction industry since 2000, making Lada Construction a highly sought after and respected builder. Lada was selected as one of the preferred builders for a major Citrus County real estate and development company. And, in 2004 and again for 2005, they were selected by Citony Development, the past developer of Citrus Springs, as the general contractor to build all the new homes for Citony and their customers - including additional new model homes on the nationally acclaimed golf course.   Today, Lada Construction continues as a preferred new home builder in Citrus and Marion Counties and surrounding areas, offering exciting innovative floor plans and building starter and retirement homes, ready-to-move-in house and lot packages, and large custom homes.   In addition, Lada is an approved builder with several excellent banks and lending institutions and also a FHA and VA (Federal Housing Administration and Veterans Administration) approved builder.  Success hasn't gone to their heads - it's gone to their hands.  On any given day you will find Paul and Steve out in the field - working right along with their sub contractors at one of their jobsites and not sitting in an office giving orders.
