We use only state of the art HomeGauge computer software to prepare your report. We provide you with clear explanations of all issues and multiple photographs to document and clarify these issues. We will provide you with unmatched customer service. We will gladly take the time necessary to explain my findings to you to insure that you understand the contents of your report. All our home inspections are done by Darren Dawson, the owner of the company. Darren is licensed as a home inspector in South Carolina and is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Our Donation or Discount Option applies to the fee as set out in the pre-inspection agreement with us covering your home inspection, including any fee based on a price match. This option gives you the choice to have LAB Home Inspections make a donation of 10% of the fee to a charitable cause or alternatively, to have the fee you pay reduced by 5%. These option choices are in our standard agreement. Donations made support the following local organizations.
