ABOUT US | WELCOME TO “LA PERRADA DEL GORDO” made its grand opening on June 10, 2003 in West Palm Beach, a time of arduous undertaking by its owners Elizabeth Novoa and Miguel Martinez, mother and son, who fulfilled the American dream of doing business in this country, the country of opportunities. For almost 15 years they have been delivering Colombian flavor and delights to the local market, “gourmet fast foods” which fit very well by the newest gastronomic proposal. Their beginnings were in a simple rented mobile hot dog cart that they had to move daily from one place to another on Military Trail, from Gun Club Rd to Forest Hill Blvd, communicating with customers by telephone to give them each new location. It was until June 2004 that they had a fixed location in the Flea Market and on March 8, 2007, their famous WPB location was opened. The business continued with an exponential growth and on March 8, 2012 the doors of the new location in Boca Raton were open. Today, in the new stage of the business, the sale and opening of franchises is projected to new entrepreneurs who want to multiply their opportunities with an accredited brand, a differentiating image, a new product of the highest quality, a unique and exclusive menu and a system of work which allows a dynamic flow and process to provide an excellent and timely service.
