About La Cava del Tequila Located in the Mexico pavilion at Epcot® World Showcase, La Cava del Tequila honors its namesake's long and storied past with a flare for the modern.  Resembling the warm and inviting cellar of a hacienda, La Cava del Tequila immediately draws you in with the charm of its worn walls, the low glow of lights, and the comfort of rich leather seats.  The décor, art work, and original artifacts that adorn the intimate space are inspired by Mexico herself, and celebrate the rich heritage and tradition of tequila making. Guests of all levels of experience will find themselves at home at La Cava del Tequila.  With well over 100 fine examples of Mexico's national drink to choose from, including intense blancos, complex reposados, and velvety smooth añejos, everyone is sure to find something to suit their tastes.  Flights are available for those who wish to explore the diverse aromas and flavors that the numerous tequilas have to offer.  For those who are looking for something a little more exotic, our mixologists will employ a variety of flavored salts, spices and fresh tropical fruits in preparing luxurious margaritas.
