Growing up in the 80's she spent her "summer breaks" working with her father on various construction sites. After attending I.A.D.T in Tampa Florida and obtaining a degree in Interior Design Alicia moved back to Sarasota. Working for a few Architects and Interior Designers here in there she ended up managing an architectural office and overseeing the Principal Architects property management division. This is where she realized that real estate was where she shined.
