I contacted Krohn Group 10 days ago and was needing to sell my house in order to go back to school and needed the equity I had in my home. He came over and looked at the house and within 5 days he was able to close and paid cash. I was behind on my payments and the house needed a lot of work. I did some research in the meantime to see if it was a fair offer, and it was a fair offer I am very very happy the way it went. If I ever need to do business again I would definitely contact Krohn Group again!
