Born and raised in Sarasota, Kristy Sommers is a Florida native through and through. Having worked in the real estate industry since 2011, she places integrity at the core of her business and focuses on the needs of her clients. She balances her extensive knowledge of the local market with an approach in real estate that includes listening to every one of her client’s concerns, creating a comfortable and prof essional home buying and selling experience. Kristy has extensive, hands-on knowledge about the new home construction industry, as she and her husband, James, started their own construction business in 2004. Beyond her professional background, Kristy has three teenage children, Vanessa, Vance and Vaughn. She finds it very rewarding to share her knowledge of schools to her clients, as she has children in both public and private schools. She knows the importance of getting her clients in the right school district, which is a significant factor in relocating for a buyer and a marketing tool for a seller.
