Curtis M. Krauss has been in the real estate development industry for over 15 years, having worked for both the public and private sectors.  The majority of his work was in acquisitions & planning for a Fortune 500 company, where his strengths were in best-use development planning, financial analyses & deal structuring.   His tenure in the homebuilding industry resulted in the acquisition of many communities and thousands of homes, assessments of homebuilding company acquisitions & divestiture of over $10 million in real estate assets.  Curtis achieves business goals by using his wide contact base, diligent research, creativity and execution.  Curtis is involved in local, regional and national home building associations, and is a former board member of the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia.  Using his talents for design and feasibility, Curtis has won awards for redevelopment planning and design in Baltimore and Philadelphia.
