Don gave us many ideas as we were building the house such as, adding niches, interesting ceiling finishes, and beautiful molding in every room of the house. Carol and I are thrilled with our home built by Koogler Homes. When we built a custom home in Minnesota in 1999, we learned that it was necessary to visit the job site frequently to make decisions and correct mistakes. That was easy since we were living only a few miles away. When we decided to build in Florida we knew that it was vital to find a builder that we could count on doing the work right since we would not have the opportunity to visit the site very often. There were numerous high-end homebuilders to choose from. We did research on the Internet, talked to a number of them and toured model homes. The decision became clear when we talked to subs on the job sites. The subs working for Koogler Homes gave a consistent response. Don expected a great deal and if he wasn't happy they knew they needed to do the work over again but they all said he was fair and a good person to work for. When we asked whom they would want to build their house, they said without question it would be Koogler Homes. Don treats the construction of a house the way an artist would treat a work of art. Under his direction, the meticulous detail throughout the house is distinctive from all others. The finished product exceeded our expectations. This will be our last home because it is perfect.
