My name is Michelle Koby and I would like to welcome you to our company. We offer full service Association property management from Islamorada through Key West and have been doing so since 1998. I, like all of my teammates, are full time Keys residents and are active in our communities. Our team takes pride in the service and care we provide our customers. From permitting, to landscaping and maintenance coordination, to finances, to Association meeting planning, and even websites and hosting, we take care of all your association's needs. We are Hurricane Prepared and select staff stay in the Keys through Category 3, 4, and even Cat 5 hurricanes to care for your homes and association property. In addition, we are CPR and AED trained to add an extra level of service and comfort for our customers.
