He grew up in Florida and graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Nuclear Engineering. He began his technology career in Silicon Valley as a programmer for Shared Medical Systems and then a Network Engineer for Reliance Computer Solutions. He left his position with Reliance to return to Florida to be closer to family and launch Klos consulting, Inc. He is MCSE and CCA certified with over 20 years of experience in the information Technology field. He has two children, is an Eagle Scout, and an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America. LaMae W. Klos is a founding partner and principal of Klos consulting. Klos is a native Floridian and graduate of Florida State University. She began her career in Silicon Valley in the field of Human Resources Management and Consulting for the information technology and software industry. She left her position as a consultant for PeopleSoft to return to her native Florida to raise a family and start Klos Consulting, Inc. She has two children. Klos volunteers extensively in local schools, coaches soccer, is a board member for the Parkland Soccer Club, serving over 1,000 children in the City of Parkland, and a volunteer for Hope South Florida. Juan C. Rodriguez is a Senior Network Engineer with Klos Consulting and has been with the company for over 15 years. Rodriguez is a native of Ecuador and began his technology career as a Director of IT for PC Serve, Inc. in Miami and then as a Beta Program Coordinator for Microsoft Corporation before beginning his career with Klos Consulting. He has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field. He is Spanish/English bilingual and an accomplished musician. Juan graduated summa cum laude from Florida Atlantic University with a BA in Classical Guitar Performance.
