Our company's leader Jon MacDonough had accumulated 25 years of crafting luxury homes inspired by clients’ lifestyles and objectives when he created the KJIMS Homes brand. We take a personal approach that is intentionally different from the industry standard. Maximum quality materials and craftsmanship as well as attentive service beyond completion are the signature of the KJIMS Homes formula to fulfilling clients’ visions for their ideal luxury custom homes. Jon has been a Florida Certified General Contractor since 1995, with 20 years of perfecting the art of custom home building. He first came to Naples, Florida in 1989 with a driving desire to create a new business, to capitalize on lessons learned from the mistakes of others and truly introduce something original, innovative, customer-centric and inspiring. A Rhode Island native, Jon takes great pride in his early start in the building trade as a teenager back in 1986. He thoroughly appreciates every element of the build and values the positive influence that a mutually productive team atmosphere has on the final product.
